Small print and holiday conditions

Read here all you need to know about your timeout at our holiday apartments in Val Venosta/Vinschgau.

Rates holiday apartments

The rates of the holiday apartments are excluding breakfast and including cleaning twice per week with a minimum stay of one week (final cleaning at extra charge):

  • Apartment A and B for 2 people
  • Apartment C for 4 people
  • Apartment D for 4 people
  • Every additional person: €10.00

Final cleaning of the holiday apartments

For the final cleaning at the end of your stay we charge:

  • For apartment A, B and E: €40.00
  • For apartment C: €45.00
  • For apartment D: €55.00


You can also book our breakfast if you are staying in a holiday apartment; after all, a holiday is all about being pampered. Our rich and healthy breakfast buffet with local products is available from 8 until 10 a.m.

Rate per person and night: €14.00

Arrival and departure

Your apartment or room is available for you after 2 p.m. on arrival day. Please let us know well in advance of your arrival time, if possible at the time of booking.

Please leave the apartment or room by 10 a.m. on departure day. If you wish to stay longer, please consult with us; it is possible upon availability and at an extra charge.

Short stays

If you stay less than 3 nights, we need to charge 10% extra.


Your dog is also welcome at the Residence Sardis (except in the restaurant and in the garden).
Rate: €7.00 per dog and night (without food)


It is unfortunate, if rooms remain empty, despite high demand. On the other hand: There is always a possibility that something may happen. Therefore: Please consider taking out a good travel cancellation insurance and let us know as early as possible, if you need to cancel.

These are our cancellation conditions under article 1382 of the Italian civil code:

  • Cancellations up to 60 days prior to holiday start: no cancellation fees
  • From 59 days to 21 days prior to holiday start: 70% of the total fee
  • From 20 days prior to holiday start or in case of early departure: 100% of the total fee

Please note that we are not liable for illness, accidents, weather, or other occurrences.
The cancellation needs to arrive at the hotel in written form within the above specified time frame.
In case of a no-show without cancellation, we need to charge 100% of the cancellation fee.
The total fee is the rate, that has been agreed upon at the time of booking, including accommodation, food, and other inclusive services.
If only some of your booked beds are cancelled, then the specified percentage applies to the cancelled beds only.
